The service was wonderful and the job that they did was difficult one but they were able to do it. And I am so thankful that they got my couch to the 3rd floor it was a very narrowing way to get it in because you know what my building has is you know, it's very there's a lot of narrow ways in the hallways, but they've made a way and. They got it upstairs. I, I'm gonna thank you off of that. I do appreciate it very much.

I hired In the Box Moving Company for my daughter's move from home to her first one-bedroom apartment. James, the owner-mover, explained the purpose for shrink-wrapping furniture versus just using furniture blankets and tape. The day before the move an issue came up with parking availability on the street my daughter was moving to and James suggested packing the moving truck that night in order to move my daughter into the apartment, the next day, at an earlier start time in hopes of unpacking the truck before the parking restrictions started (which was a big accommodation to us and not delaying the move) due to street construction. The move worked out perfectly including all furniture put into place, assembly of the bed and they took care not to bump doors/walls and not to drop/drag the furniture. James is professional, fast and affordable which stayed within our moving budget. I recommend In The Box Moving Company.
